Our People & Culture team is looking for a motivated student to gain hands-on HR and recruitment experience in a busy retail environment. About the Opportunity This placement offers practical experience in HR and recruitment while supporting our summer recruitment programme and key people projects. You’ll help with candidate screening, recruitment support, HR administration, employee communications, and HR projects. You’ll also build skills in stakeholder engagement, project support and process improvement. Who We're Looking For We're interested in students who: Are studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have excellent attention to detail Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks Are confident using technology and learning new systems Enjoy working with people and building positive relationships Have experience in customer service, retail or hospitality, or are keen to learn in a customer-focused environment Previous administration experience would be an advantage Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn What's In It For You?
