JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will mainly involve maintaining employee records, managing document filing systems, and assisting with basic HR operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
    Job Type: Internship
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Organise, update, and maintain employee personnel files (physical and electronic)
  • Ensure documents are properly labelled, filed, and stored for easy retrieval
  • Assist with data entry and updating HR databases
  • Prepare, scan, and archive HR documents as required
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and mailing
  • Handle basic correspondence and assist in document preparation
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information
  • Provide ad-hoc support to HR projects as assigned
