Recruitment Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants Assist in 201 Filing Support onboarding requirements and pre-employment documentation 2. Compensation & Benefits Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records Support processing of government-mandated benefits (if applicable) Assist employees with basic benefits inquiries 3. Employee Relations Assist in documenting employee concerns or incidents Support HR in organizing meetings related to employee matters Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information 4. Employee Engagement Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities Help prepare internal announcements and newsletters Support employee surveys and feedback collection Participate in planning morale-boosting initiatives 5.
