职位描述: 1、员工档案及劳动合同管理; 2、HR系统数据维护与更新; 3、公司相关会议的通知、组织、跟进; 4、协助开展HR日常工作、办理员工入职离职手续等相关事宜; 5、协助HR开展员工关系、员工沟通及员工活动策划和实施; 6、参与公司日常HR事务及上级交给的其它事务性工作。 人员要求 1、本科以上,人力资源、行政管理等相关管理类专业优先; 2、熟悉各种办公软件如word、Excel、PPT的操作; 3、具有良好的沟通、协调能力,工作细心&踏实; 4、良好的英文读写能力; 5、2026年毕业的同学优先,工作时间为9:00-18:00,每周工作时间可以协商。
