The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this position is an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Graduate to experience the full lifecycle of HR activities within a global pharmaceutical company. Viatris in Ireland spans 6 different sites with a headcount of over 2,000 employees. This position would be based at our Dublin Respiratory facility.

  • Support engagement and employee relations initiatives and activities
  • Manage the administration of our Reward and Recognition program.
  • Point of contact for wellbeing initiatives.
  • Point of contact for employee Education Support program
  • Support payroll activities for the site
  • Support talent acquisition as required.
  • Assist with the provision of management reports on absence, employee turnover, and other key metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Involvement in branding company events and milestones
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Human Relations Business Partner.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Completed 3rd level qualification in Business/HR Related discipline.
  • Strong administration skills including MS Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and presentation.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Attention to detail is a prerequisite for anyone wishing to be successful in this role.
  • A desire to follow through and see tasks through is key.
  • Need to be a team player, proactive and flexible with a strong desire to develop further.
