Duration: 6 Months Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination and work closely on managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment Support: * Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases * Screen resumes as per job requirements * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers * Maintain interview trackers and recruitment reports * Support in follow-ups and candidate communication ATS Management: * Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS * Ensure accurate documentation and status tracking * Generate recruitment reports from ATS * Support in data cleanup and system optimization * Ensure compliance and proper documentation within the system Administrative Support: * Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation * Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards * Support employer branding and job postings ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: * BBA/MBA / PGDM (HR) – Pursuing or Recently Completed * Strong communication and coordination skills * Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office * Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills PREFERRED SKILLS: * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) * Exposure to recruitment coordination * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines WHAT YOU WILL GAIN: * Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment * Experience working on ATS platforms * Corporate HR exposure in a fast-paced environment * Opportunity to convert into a full-time role (based on performance
