Job Description About the Role You will be given hands-on training related to your course. Assist with new employee onboarding processes. Assist with recruitment tasks such as job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination. Support staff engagement initiatives and company events. Assist with the maintenance and organization of personnel and HR records. Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations. Qualifications About You Student in Psychology/ Human Resources/ Business Management or any similar courses. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to be assigned in Steelworld Tower, Biak na Bato, Quezon City (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm). Additional Information Job Type: OJT (On-the-job training) Contract length: 2 months
