Our site comprises three key operations: belt production, hose manufacturing, and a distribution center. As part of our HR team, HR Interns support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across multiple HR areas. This includes assisting with employee documentation, onboarding processes, internal communication, and supporting the smooth operation of people-related processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support ongoing communication with candidates and employees Assist in organizing onboarding sessions (room bookings, invitations, coordination with stakeholders) Prepare presentations and internal communication materials (e.g., posters for HR department) Maintain and update HR documentation, files, and employee recordsPrepare onboarding documents and forms for new employees Support creation of simple HR reports for internal use Assist HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ongoing projects Job Profile Builds basic knowledge of HR processes, systems, and company operations Supports routine administrative tasks using established procedures Follows instructions and learns through guidance from team members Develops practical skills through hands-on experience in different HR areas Contributes to team effectiveness by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time Communicates clearly and effectively in day-to-day interactions Keys to Success Interest in HR and willingness to learn Basic understanding of administrative processes and attention to detail Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently on routine tasks with guidance Supervisory Responsibilities None Requirements and Preferred Skills Student or graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field) Availability for a 6-month internship with possibility of extension Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B1 level) Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Strong organizational and communication skills Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn #LI-SS1Why Gates?
