Your kick-ass responsibilities: Master the Admin Provide administrative support to the HR Lead Manage and structure our employee files and databases Take ownership of key recurring tasks like contract handling and document follow-up Team & Operational Support Help prepare presentations and internal reports Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day team needs Be part of employee engagement initiatives (team moments, feedback loops, internal communications...) Explore Your HR Interests Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in a specific HR domain based on your interests, such as: Payroll Recruitment Onboarding HR Administration Employee Experience HR Projects & Process Improvement … This internship is designed to give you broad exposure to HR while allowing you to take ownership of topics you are most interested in.
