Job Description Job Description If you join our studio as an intern in the HR department, you would contribute to the team's efforts with the following responsibilities: Supports the recruitment process – prescreening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, providing feedback, etc. Participates in external and internal employer branding activities and events Assists in planning and organizing internal company events (parties, CSR initiatives, anniversaries, etc.) Coordinates and supports the delivery of internal and external trainings and workshops Tracks participation in global mandatory trainings Assists in conducting the annual performance appraisal campaign and related activities Prepares reports and analyses related to HR activities Supports the induction and mentoring program for newcomers Contributes to expanding the employee discount network with external partners and manages the administration of Multisport and CoolFit cards Qualifications Qualifications We, at Gameloft Sofia HR Team, are looking for a teammate who has: Degree in Economics, Psychology, HR Management or a relevant field Excellent command of English – written and spoken Demonstrated passion for recruitment is essential Previous internship experience in the HR field will be considered a plus Excellent knowledge of MS Office – mainly Word and Excel Proactive mindset with passion for continuous learning and development Strong attention to detail Self-driven and highly organized personality Interest in video games (mobile/PC/Console) will be considered a plus Additional Information Why Join Gameloft Universe?
