REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Law/ psychology or Master in HR
• Previous experience in HR is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English
• Complete mastery of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power point
• Involvement and motivation to work in a team
• Great communicator, innovative and ambitious
• Strong passion for the HR sector and curious to know it all
• People Oriented: Strong empathy and respect for diversity

• Support in recruiting activities throughout internal tools
• Support HR Team in the training process which involves the whole Plant
• Assist with internal communication tasks for the HR team.
