JOB SUMMARY:

This is a 6-month Internship Contract. The Admin & HR Executive will provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, document preparation, and addressing disciplinary matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in HR or a related field
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work.
  • Good working attitude & self-driven.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including the recruitment of nurses for kidney centres.
  • Organize recruitment activities to ensure timely selection and source candidates who meet job requirements via job portals and other channels.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, and manage exit clearance procedures for departing staff.
  • Administer and monitor work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as coordinate accommodations and related activities for foreign workers.
  • Draft and prepare HR-related letters as required (e.g., appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion).
  • Handle disciplinary matters for non-executive staff with sensitivity, providing detailed updates and advice to Management.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc activities or tasks within HR functions as assigned by the HR Supervisor.
