Our 2026 APAC Summer Intern program provides you with a career opportunity within HK Human Resources Department for job enrichment, professional mentorship, and career progression. You will also gain meaningful exposure and knowledge of our business industry, human resources operations, and valuable skillsets to become a professional in Smith after your graduation. We are recruiting 2026 and 2027 fresh graduates. You will be offered a summer internship this year to help you explore a career in the semiconductor trading industry. Upon successful completion of the internship, outstanding interns will receive a full‑time offer upon graduation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture and support HR projects. Provide administrative support for recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling, enhancing the experience for candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team on market benchmarking, policy reviews, and improving HR processes. Ensure all the employee records are up-to-date and compliant with company’s policies. Provide the general administrative support to the APAC HR team as needed. Who We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline, preferably graduating in 2026 or 2027. Prior human resources internship experience is an advantage. Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese. Collaborative team player, proactive, and detailed oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience in HR tools are an advantage.
