Supports day-to-day HR activities including employee records management, onboarding, and recruitment coordination. Essential Functions Assist with maintenance of employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Support HR processing of documentation related to payroll and benefits to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire materials, orientation packets, and employee files Provide administrative support for HR processes including hiring, training, and employee changes Assist with tracking logs, records, and HR documentation in a timely and organized manner Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to follow directions and complete assignments accurately Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior administrative, internship, or office experience
