Work with the HR team to ensure events are well-coordinated and successful. Assist with logistics for events, like booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with vendors. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties like data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Help prepare HR-related documents and reports. Document Management System: Archiving of document Watermarking of newly registered documents Review of aging items Support in system closure of findings Support in preparation of 3rd party audit Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course Onboarding Requirements Officially enrolled in a university At least on its penultimate year Enrolled in an internship subject With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school Able to pass the pre-internship requirements Required hours: 240hrs or up Additional Information #LI-DNI
