PLANATE IS A SMALL BUSINESS PROVIDER OF PLANNING, DESIGN, INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL CONSULTING, ENGINEERING, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE US DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) AND ITS SERVICE (ARMY, AIR FORCE, NAVY, MARINE CORPS) MISSIONS, ALONG WITH OTHER US FEDERAL AGENCIES, ALL OVER THE WORLD.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Intern to support our HR team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HRIS data management, digital file organization, and process improvement in a dynamic HR environment.
This is a paid internship. The location of work is in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in backing up and organizing employee files to ensure a smooth HRIS transition
  • Upload, categorize, and maintain HR documents in SharePoint for easy accessibility
  • Review and verify employee records for accuracy and completeness
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with data management and security protocols
  • Identify and report issues to the HRIS POC of Planate
  • Submit weekly reports as to the status of the migration
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
