Work Period: 4 months, 3+ days/week Every day will be different and include a variety of tasks that support our Performance Management, Career Path Development, Employee Surveys, and Leadership Development programs including: Assists training in all phases, from preparing training materials, logistics, training evaluation and tracking Managing logistics and administrative support related to live events, assessments, and other projects Design for employee communication and work on Social Media Design and organize key programs and engagement events to drive high levels of adoption of our programs Developing professional, visually appealing materials (guides, PowerPoint decks, localization etc.) and written communications in support of core HR initiatives Data reporting when necessary Support all HR projects in OD, T&D, Employee Communication and Engagement. Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
