POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, specifically in human resources. As an HR intern, you will support the HR team in various functions and help facilitate a positive work environment. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to HR practices and operations within a dynamic industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire documentation.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in our HR database.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Aid in conducting surveys or feedback sessions to help improve company culture.
  • Support the HR team with daily tasks as needed, such as responding to employee inquiries and handling confidential HR information.
  • Assist with maintaining and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
