HR Intern (Recruiting & Talent Acquisition), Hotel Cala di Volpe & Hotel Cervo, Costa Smeralda We are looking for an HR Intern to join the Human Resources Department based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or another relevant field, this opportunity is for you! You will support daily activities in either Training or Recruiting, including: Recruiting: * post and monitor job openings on various platforms * screen CVs in line with the required profiles, conduct phone/online interviews, assessment and update the relevant documents * update and maintain the applicant database * manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB) * participate in training activities You may also be involved in training activities like: -    support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires -    assist in updating training materials and presentations -    monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems -    participate in employee development activities To be considered for an internship: * must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or another relevant field * must be available for 5-6 months * speak Italian and English fluently  * possess a good knowledge of MS Office Accommodation & 3 meals per day in our staff canteen are included.   #LI-LC2 At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
