Job Description: Contribute to social policies design in collaborating closely with major stakeholders such as the Employment, SPIR and the management. Define and deliver payroll, time, administrative solutions & associated processes including benefits, national and/or international mobility. Design and develop payroll, time, administrative digital tools in collaboration with HR Transformation & Digital team. Ensure high level operability of the payroll product components and associated processes. Advise the business and the HR community on the right application of HR and social policies. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
