PROFILE

We’re looking for a student who is eager to learn, proactive and passionate about people and processes. You’ll be working closely with other HR colleagues, so a collaborative mindset is key.

Need to have:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human resources, Business Adminstration, Psychology or a other related fields
  • Available for a full-time internship between 4-6 months
  • Communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

  • Communication skills in Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with salary adminstration
  • Interest or experience in health & wellbeing programs
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
Responsibilities

As an HR intern, you will become part of our people group team in which you will support both operational and administrative HR activities, contributing through to day to day inquiries from Samsung SDS employees. You’ll assist in projects related to health and wellbeing and support our payroll administration. Furthermore your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and improving the onboarding process
  • Assisting with initiatives related to employee health and wellbeing
  • Providing administrative support with payroll activities in ADP
  • Responding to operational HR questions from employees and managers
