Job Description Responsibilities Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related paperwork. Support HR in processing Iqamas, visas, and other government formalities for employees and trainees. Help respond to employee and trainee inquiries about HR policies and procedures. Data and Reporting: Maintain HR records for trainees and employees in databases and files. Assist in preparing HR reports or presentations as needed. HR Projects and Events: Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, orientation programs, and employee engagement events. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties and assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Qualifications Currently pursuing or have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, Translation, or a related field. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with VLOOKUP mandatory, PowerPoint). Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
