Scope
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our international HR team for a period of 5-6 months, starting in September 2025. Are you an ambitious bachelor’s student with tangible interest in Human Resources, keen to learn fast and work for two great brands (Philips and AOC)? Responsibility

• Support in recruiting and onboarding
• Take part in the Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding of new hires
• Learn about Payroll and assist with personnel mutations
• Support with operational tasks such as answering employees’ questions, administration, making contracts and reporting (a significant part of the internship experience)
• Learn about and assist with compensation & benefits
• Support with the Digitalization project
• Learn about Dutch labour law

Purpose Of The Position
As intern HR you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of dedicated tasks, given room for own initiative as well as given the required support in your development. You will gain experience with and understanding of HR processes from A to Z. You will be part of the European HR department.

Education And Related Experience

• A student working towards a Bachelor’s (applied sciences / HBO) Degree in Human Resource Management preferably, or e.g. Business Administration with HR specialization
• Fluent in English, Dutch would be a plus
• Someone who understands that HR is a combination of pro-activeness, constant growth and empathy towards others
• Previous experience is not needed, we are here to help you learn!
• An organized, eye for detail personality
• An eager, motivated and pro-active attitude
• Availability for 5-6 months, per September 2025
