Developing competency behavioral indicators for Universal Competencies to align with the Technical Competency model. Preparing HATS team charts. Developing and updating collateral for Performance Management Advocacy. Managing IDP Analytics for the 2025 PAR. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, and data analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Onboarding Requirements: Officially enrolled in a university At least on its penultimate year Enrolled in an internship subject With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school Able to pass the pre-internship requirements Additional Information Required hours: 240 or up #LI-CG1
