JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Intern to support our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing and updating employee data accurately, and supporting various HR administrative tasks.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operational processes, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals seeking to start a career in HR.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes or a strong interest in HR operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting, basic functions)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time and work under deadlines
  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and Excel trackers
  • Assist with documentation, data audits, and file organization (digital and physical)
  • Support in the preparation of reports, letters, and official documentation
  • Assist in processing employee onboarding/offboarding formalities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification
