JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HR intern provides administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process employee data and changes in automated systems.
  • Handle mail, email, and phone communications, prioritizing and determining responses in consultation with relevant parties.
  • Generate correspondence and documents including typing, layout, and editing of provided texts.
  • Address standard inquiries from managers and employees in the field of HR.
  • Manage and archive personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative rules and procedures.
  • Help to organize internal departmental matters such as office relocations, social activities, and timely ordering of office supplies.
  • Contribute to the organization of employee retirement, anniversary celebrations and employee events.
  • Collaborate in HR projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Following MBO-4 level or higher in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
