We are seeking a fresh graduate for an internship in Human Resources to join our HR Country Team in Italy. The ideal candidate will support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and contribute to activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and clear communication.
  • Empathy and flexibility in addressing the needs of various internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • A problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to the HR team in daily activities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll by managing attendance data in the internal HR system.
  • Maintain and update the HR database.
  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Contribute to specific HR-related projects.
