As an HR Intern, you will support and streamline core HR processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and efficient people operations. You will assist with onboarding, training coordination, and key HR initiatives such as benefits and performance management. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support in development and execution of training programs for employees in Singapore
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
  • Assist with the administration of HR initiatives, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
  • Provide support for HR-related events, such as job fairs, employee engagement activities.
