As our HR intern, you will support the wider HR team with a variety of duties and responsibilities. You’ll support each department during your internship and will cover the following:

• Prepare HR related reports and maintain HR analytics
• Support with recruitment including posting job adverts, shortlisting and carrying out telephone interviews
• Answer employee and manager queries
• Coordinate training sessions, toolbox talks and apprenticeship programmes
• Assist with new starter processes including document collection, induction coordination and HR system onboarding
