HR INTERN 1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and support various functions. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with Recruitment & Selection: Supporting the sourcing of candidates, coordinating interviews and placement tests, conducting reference checks, and helping finalize candidates for various positions. * Documentation Support: Assisting in the preparation of employee appointment letters, Job Descriptions, and ID requests, as well as supporting the team in handling staff payroll and other related HR documentation. * Onboarding & Orientation: Supporting the execution of timely employee onboarding and orientation programs. * Training & Development: Helping assess staff training needs and coordinating with the Advantis L&D team and the FedEx Purple Academy Team to implement training initiatives. * Employee Engagement: Assisting in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives to maintain our Great Place to Work culture. * Coordination & Admin Support: Helping maintain communication with the FedEx Regional Office regarding staff GSP ID matters, and assisting in compiling required reports and presentations. * General Support: Performing additional operational duties commensurate with the internship role as requested by the management.  2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION * Undergraduate or pursuing a professional qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management. * Prior internship experience or leadership roles in university clubs is an added advantage, but not mandatory. * Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. * Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. * An energetic, proactive, and outgoing personality.    
Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives while assisting with HR documentation and payroll. They will also help organize employee engagement activities and coordinate administrative tasks with the regional office.
