What you’ll do During your internship, you’ll join one of our key HR functions and contribute to meaningful projects: HR Rewards – Discover how we implement benefits and compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. HR Services – Support daily HR operations and help deliver seamless employee experiences. Talent Acquisition – Dive into the art of attracting, assessing and selecting diverse top-tier talents that make an impact HR Business Partnering – Support people strategies that drive organizational change within different business units. Learning & Performance – Help craft training programs that empower our people to grow and thrive. Internal Communications – Shape Vodafone’s internal voice and strengthen our company culture. Who you are Education: Current university student or recent graduate. Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken). Mindset: Curious, proactive, and passionate about people and teamwork. Background: Open to all academic disciplines. A Master’s in HR or a related field is a plus! Not a perfect fit?
