As an HR Digital Process Owner EMEA (f/m/x)[LS1] , you act as a vital link between HR and IT. You drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes, coordinate regional needs, and support the successful implementation of cross-functional HR initiatives across EMEA. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the EMEA Human Resources Business Owner for HR core data and time, supported by SuccessFactors EC Core and EC Time
  • Collecting and prioritizing demands from various Business Owners and stakeholders across EMEA HR
  • Supporting the overall “OneEMEA” journey of HR in the alignment of processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Building and maintaining a key user community to support HR processes and ensure adoption, utilization, and continuous improvement based on feedback
  • Managing innovation initiatives for key HR services such as Manager/Employee Self Services and AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborating closely with IT to lead the implementation of HR-related projects and acting as the functional product owner
  • Serving as an interface between HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes

You are a great match for this role if you bring a strong process mindset and the drive to shape modern, effective HR services. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a comparable role within HR or process management
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and current best practices
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools – experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • A passion for making HR processes simple, digital, and fun
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working in international, cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management capabilities with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Germa
