Job Description
In your role as HR/IT Succesfactors PY you will take ownership of enhancing and supporting our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on ECP.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the implementation of enhancements and new features in SAP ECP, collaborating closely with local payroll teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support and maintain Employee Central functionalities, working on configuration, issue resolution, and optimization.
  • Act as a key contact for day-to-day support of payroll operations, system issues, and change requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects across the SAP SuccessFactors suite, bringing both technical and process knowledge to the table.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll, ideally for Germany and Netherlands.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with experience in configuration, workflows and business rules.
  • Experience in supporting or implementing enhancements and feature rollouts in SuccessFactors.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
