Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female HR Lead to oversee payroll operations and broader HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing payroll for 2500+ employees, guiding a payroll team with confidence, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws.
In addition to payroll expertise, the candidate must possess solid knowledge of core HR operations, especially final settlements, and demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing for over 3,000 employees.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll procedures, UAE labor law compliance, and internal controls.
  • Oversee final settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Support and supervise broader HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Train, mentor, and guide the payroll and HR team to maintain high standards of performance and service.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to streamline systems and reporting.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all HR and payroll data.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Proven experience managing payroll for large-scale teams (2500+ employees).
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law, especially in areas related to payroll and final settlements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
