• Lead and support the HR team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle employee concerns, manage HR policies, and ensure legal compliance.
• Support performance reviews, training, and development programs.
• Manage payroll and help improve HR processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of HR supervisory or team leadership experience in the Early Childhood sector.
• Knowledge of ECDA Partner Operator (C-POP) Scheme funding guidelines and submission processes.
