Description
HR Lead Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and oversee core HR functions, including organizational design, performance management, and end-to-end recruitment. 2. Support recruitment activities through candidate sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding/offboarding processes. 3. Design, implement, and manage performance management systems, analyzing outcomes to support training, development, and career progression. 4. Partner with managers during performance appraisal cycles and talent development initiatives. 5. Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes. 6. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and personnel files, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. 7. Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive, motivating, and healthy work environment. 8. Design and manage competitive incentive, reward, and benefits programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. 9. Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company regulations and labor laws. ⸻ Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 2–6 years of experience managing comprehensive HR functions. 3. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices. 4. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information. 5. Proactive, analytical problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. 7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
