JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Leader to join our team. We are seeking a skilled HR Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources. The HR Leader will lead an HR function and lead 3 other HR professional. The HR Leader will be responsible for developing HR strategies, providing sound advice to management on all HR-related matters, and recruiting talented associates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations and be a great recruiter.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
ADC is growing and needs to recruit a large number of manufacturing employees on the production floor. The successful candidate will be great and building processes and organization to do this quickly.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Reach out to passive candidates and actively recruit them.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
