We are currently looking for a HR Legal Advisor to join our French HR Department based in our Paris Office. You will be responsible for providing advice and expertise in French labor Law to both HR and operational teams, under the responsibility of the HR Legal Manager. What you will be responsible for: Supporting the HR team in the preparation, management and follow-up of disciplinary cases Ensuring legal compliance of business practices Preparing meetings with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT and other committees, negotiation meetings, etc.) Preparing and following up on responses to the labor inspectorate and other administrations (Occupational Medicine, CRAMIF, etc.) Conducting HR investigations in close collaboration with the HRBP (e.g. denunciation of harassment, conflict situations, etc.) Organising professional elections (negotiation of the PAP, logistical organisation, electronic voting, etc.) Training operational teams in Store on different aspects of employment law Ensuring continuous monitoring of developments in labor law and case law and analyse the impacts on the company Following up on litigation files Skills, Experience and Attributes: Master's degree in Employment Law 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail or hospitality industry Previous experience in an international environment Fluent in both French and English (written, spoken, read) Ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the business Responsiveness and ability to organise work and priorities by demonstrating autonomy Taste for teamwork What we can offer you: 25 days holiday + RTT 13th month payment Bonus based on objective and performance (pro rata) Profit Share Scheme (France and Global) Lunch Vouchers, 60% funded by Uniqlo Staff Discount 30% Private Medical Care (optional) Private Pension Scheme Hybrid working Volunteer Day – twice a year Great Location – Opera Area (IX District) Please make sure you upload a CV in English, for the European Talent Team to be able to review your profile.
