Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
- You will work closely with various internal HR teams, key internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- You will provide advice and support on escalated queries and be responsible for regularly updating the UK Knowledgebase in Workzone to ensure all UK KBAs are maintained to support the growth and development of the UK Knowledge Base over time.
- You will be part of the Benefits Resolver Group providing support on answering benefits queries, starting and stopping and amending benefit elections for employees.
- You will work closely with the UK Benefits team to support and deliver key initiatives such as ESOP, Benefits projects and bimonthly MyBenefits webinars.
- Responsible for resolving tickets that come to into LSS Resolver Group from Global Shared Services team (GSS). Facilitate and provide any follow up training with GSS as needed.
