Job Description As an HR Management Assistant, you work in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment. You combine your HR-related tasks with direct support to the HR Director, making you an essential link within the team. Your responsibilities as an HR Management Assistant: Managing HR processes: onboarding new colleagues, absence tracking, and HR data analysis. Serving as the first point of contact for employees regarding first-line HR questions and absences. Managing the HR Director’s agenda and appointments, scheduling meetings for the HR team, and arranging travel. Organizing team events and handling tokens of appreciation or protocols for special occasions. Providing administrative support to the team regarding correspondence and contract management. At least one year of relevant work experience in HR or secretarial tasks, and a minimum of vocational (MBO) education or equivalent. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Power BI. Independent, accurate, resilient under pressure, and a connecting personality. In consultation with your manager and team, you will work mostly in the office and partly from home. Full-time/part-time job: The HR Management Assistant role is full-time (40 hours per week).
