Do you have experience in analysing data and an interest in HR? We are looking for a HR Management and Information Analyst (HRMI Analyst) to join our growing team in Peterborough. In this new and varied role, you will provide support to the HR Manager and Head of HR on a variety of data and system-based activities across both areas of HR, Learning and Development and Recruitment. The role will focus on monthly KPI reporting, ensuring appropriate branding and visualisation is aligned to our Vision 2030 strategy. The use of Power BI and SQL queries will shape the main elements of the role to help drive data manipulation. You will also be responsible for maintenance and management of the People systems driving enhancements and engagement.
Our HR team of 12 is predominantly based in Peterborough, where this role will sit, with some based in Winchester and London. As a people focussed team, we work to support our five main divisions (Commercial, Infrastructure, Planning & Development, Residential and Rural) to attract, recruit and retain the best people who deliver high performance and support them to achieve their full potential. This role will play a crucial part in us achieving these goals. Our Peterborough office, located at the Allia Business Centre, is a vibrant and open planned setting. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all monthly KPI reporting for the Human Resources team including Learning & Development and Recruitment data ensuring appropriate branding and visualisation aligned to Vision 2030.
  • Creation of PowerBI dashboards for business data and review
  • HR superuser for CJPeople, responsible for maintaining the system including all subsidiary systems such as onboarding ensuring regular reviews of the platform are maintained and the system is optimised to its best advantage.
  • Managing the code tables within CJPeople and ensuring they are accurate.
  • Responsible for all HR digital forms, working with IT to produce and maintain.
  • Key contact for employee engagement surveys, reviewing data and providing reports for analysis to the Head of HR.
  • Design and provide ad-hoc reports as required for the HR team and business.
  • Managing system notifications
  • Review and manage accurate People 2030 KPI’s against including pass rates, training attended, etc.
  • Production of quarterly, half yearly and annual statistics for Management Board with trend analysis and industry comparisons ensuring appropriate branding and visualisation aligned to Vision 2030.
  • Work with the Finance Manager to produce the monthly FTE reports and check data.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with the pay review process ensuring all data is up to date and accurate for business planning including benchmarking and equal pay audit
  • Auditing of the Human Resources data base to ensure accurate work by the Human Resources Administrators escalating any discrepancies the Human Resources Manager.
  • Responsible for creation of gender, disability and ethnicity pay gap data
  • Provide data from the L&D systems to the L&D Advisor to review and analyse
  • Key contact for tender requests and providing required data to the business.
