QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certification in HR is an advantage).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
