Description

Our client is currently recruiting a HR Manager to join their team on a fixed term duration of 12 months on a full-time basis at their premises in Aberdeen City Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top talent globally.
  • Develop and execute talent strategies to support diversity initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective workforce planning.
  • Manage the companies training platform and talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning and career progression.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and satisfaction, utilising feedback and engagement surveys.
  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law and international standards.
  • Manage IR35 compliance and contractor management, providing guidance on best practices and risk mitigation.
  • Support the Finance Manager with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR information systems.
