This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office (based in Marlow, Bucks). Although the role is full time, applicants looking for 4 days per week contracts would also be considered. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As HR Manager you will manage the day-to-day HR operations across our UK office and support our global workforce, including teams in the US and Canada. This role is focused on providing practical HR support and fostering a positive workplace culture. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will manage an HR Advisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing people related systems, policies and processes for the UK and the US/Canadian offices.
  • Advising and developing managers on people related matters, many of which are managing teams for the first time.
  • Leading and managing recruitment activity ensuring that the employer brand is maintained throughout.
  • Playing a key role in employee engagement activity and communication.
