We’re 62MILES; a growth company that currently consists of six agencies specialising in employer branding (Fantastic, Ghent), live experiences (meetmarcel, Bruges), creative communication (mortierbrigade, Brussels), content and performance (Onlyhumans, Berchem), branding (Today, Mechelen) and digital products and experiences (Who Owns The Zebra, Ghent). As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR generalist with experience in both soft and hard HR.

Responsibilities
  • You continuously improve and optimise our HR processes and tools, making it easy for our people to navigate HR-related matters.
  • You stay up to date with changes in labour laws, implement them and provide advice when needed.
  • You keep our remuneration policy on point and competitive.
  • You take the lead in soft HR initiatives that address our broader HR needs. This includes learning & development, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance reviews, employer branding and other HR projects based on requests from our employees and management.
  • You act as a key point of contact for our management, providing advice and coaching. You are our trusted sparring partner, who knows what’s happening in our organisation.
  • You coach our payroll specialist and support our two talent experts who act as SPOCs within our agencies
