R Manager

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements :

• Relevant degree or diploma

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant HR experience

• UAE HR experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws

• Good understanding of HR policies and practices

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions

• Strong communication skills

• • Proficiency in English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations

• Manage payroll, WPS, leave administration, attendance, and end-of-service benefits

• Coordinate MOHRE, visa, work permit, and other government HR processes

• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems

• Provide confidential and professional HR guidance to management

• Build positive employee relationships and support organizational development initiatives

Requirements :

• Proven hands-on HR experience in the UAE

• Current UAE residency is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations

• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations

• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policy implementation

• Hands-on experience with payroll, WPS, leave management, attendance, and end-of-service benefits

• Good knowledge of MOHRE, visa, work permit, and other government HR procedures

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential HR matters professionally

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldaR Manager
