HR Manager

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR workflows, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.

• Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with current UAE labour laws.

• Oversee manpower planning, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.

• Manage recruitment and retention strategies for drivers, fleet staff, and logistics personnel.

• Resolve disciplinary matters, manage personnel records, and advise management on organizational development.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside at least 5 years of HR management experience (preferably within transport, fleet, or logistics).

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of UAE labour legislation, HR management software, payroll processing routines, and Microsoft Office.

• Key Competencies: Leadership, workforce management, dispute resolution, operational planning, and strong interpersonal communication.
