Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements

* Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives

* Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement

* Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR records management

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

* Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development
