Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR cum Digital Marketing Executive who can manage both human resources operations and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and hands-on expertise in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and performance tracking.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate staff training, evaluations, and internal communication.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Create posts, graphics, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Support branding activities and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR and/or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media Management Tools, Canva/Photoshop (added advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law (advantage)
- Basic graphic design and content writing skills
- Knowledge in CRM / HRMS tools

Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and attendance management, performance management, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance with applicable labour laws and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, and related HR activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, visas, and other HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, monitor key HR metrics, and support management with workforce planning and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and HR administration systems.
Job Location: United Arab Emirates
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
