Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, deeply knowledgeable in HR best practices and employment law, with a proven ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a technology company.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of current employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Strong understanding of all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training and development.

  • Technological Proficiency: Experience with AI and HR analytics tools is a plus.
